At settlement, I prepare a full brief for your property's ongoing management, covering maintenance schedules, service providers, emergency contacts, and your specific requirements and preferences.

I act as the single point of contact for all service providers. You receive concise updates on anything that requires your attention, without being drawn into the operational detail of managing multiple vendors.

Visit Coordination

When you travel to New Zealand, your arrival is arranged and your property is prepared. Ground transport, helicopter access, provisioning, and domestic staffing are coordinated in advance, precisely to your requirements.

Guest & Visit Coordination

When you or your guests are visiting, KĀHŪ PRIVATE arranges everything in advance: ground transport from the airport, helicopter access to remote properties, domestic staffing, provisioning, and any additional services required during your stay.

Asset Oversight
